About Mia
With more than 15 years of experience in the wedding and events industry, Mia Jones brings extensive experience in event planning, design, coordination, and execution to The Vow Society. Having helped bring thousands of weddings and events to life, she specializes in creating thoughtfully curated all-inclusive packages that simplify the planning process while still allowing each celebration to feel personal.
Working closely with clients throughout the planning process, Mia leads planning meetings, design and décor selections, timelines, event logistics, and onsite execution. Her calm approach and attention to detail help ensure all of the moving pieces come together seamlessly, from the early planning stages through the final moments of the event.
Her goal is to make the planning experience organized, enjoyable, and as stress-free as possible, giving clients a knowledgeable and experienced resource for the creative, logistical, and event-day details of their celebration.

About Blake
With years of experience in the wedding and events industry, Blake Martin brings a strong background in venue operations, client communication, marketing, and business management to The Vow Society. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, she answers questions, explains package options, and guides clients through the inquiry and booking process.
Working primarily behind the scenes, Blake manages contracts, email communication, payment plans, booking details, venue partnerships, marketing, and day-to-day business operations. She helps keep the administrative side of each client experience organized and running smoothly while supporting both clients and venue partners throughout the process.
Her goal is to make everything from the initial inquiry through the administrative side of planning simple, responsive, and personal, ensuring clients always have a knowledgeable resource while the planning and event team focuses on the details and execution of their celebration.
What Is an All-Inclusive Package?
Our all-inclusive packages bring together the major services needed for your event under one experienced team, making the process more streamlined from booking through event day.
Can I Customize My Package?
Our packages are designed with specific services included and are not build-your-own packages. Photography and cake may be removed, and additional upgrades are available to personalize your experience.
What Events Do You Plan?
Weddings are a big part of what we do, but certainly not all! The Vow Society also serves Quinceañeras, corporate events, school banquets, celebrations, and other special events.
Where Does The Vow Society Offer Packages?
We work with several venue partners throughout the Houston area and also offer The Vow Society packages for clients hosting events at other venues. Reach out to us and we'll help you determine which package is available for your venue.
